In this vital role, you will drive the organization's growth by cultivating relationships, managing fundraising campaigns, and overseeing donor stewardship initiatives. Your expertise in nonprofit management, digital marketing, and relationship building will empower us to expand our impact and achieve our mission. Event Strategy & Execution Partner with the CEO to design and execute strategic donor engagement campaigns and special fundraising events that align with organizational goals. Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of events, including timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and post‑event follow‑up. Ensure all event deliverables are executed with high attention to detail and a consistent donor experience. Sponsorship & Revenue Growth Drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing new corporate and individual sponsors for events and programmatic initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate sponsors, managing engagement, fulfillment, and annual renewal efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship benefits with organizational priorities and donor interests. Donor Stewardship & Committees Project manage the development and delivery of clear, timely donor impact and stewardship materials. Lead the Donor Relationships Committee and collaborate closely with the Hall of Fame Fundraising Committee to advance donor engagement and fundraising goals. Support ongoing donor communication efforts that reinforce value, impact, and long‑term partnership. Data Management & Reporting Maintain and continuously improve the fundraising database and tracking systems for events and sponsorships. Ensure accurate, timely reporting of revenue, sponsorship commitments, and donor engagement metrics. Partner with internal teams to streamline data processes and improve visibility into fundraising performance. Marketing & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and organizational impact through social media and related channels. Coordinate with program, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of fundraising initiatives. Core Accountabilities Cross‑

Corporate sponsors and donors experience excellent stewardship, driving renewals and long‑term loyalty. Experience Requirements 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, special events, sponsorships, or donor engagement, preferably in a nonprofit or mission‑driven organization. Demonstrated experience managing projects, donor relationships, and revenue‑generating initiatives. Organizational Impact This role directly contributes to the organization's financial health by generating sponsorship revenue, strengthening donor relationships, and ensuring high‑quality fundraising experiences. Compensation Starting Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000, dependent on experience and certifications. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and internal equity.
