Engage board members in fundraising efforts and provide project management support. Develop systems to share fundraising progress and needs to board. Fundraising and Donor Relations (50%) Sustain and grow our community of major donors, long-term donors, and recurring donors through direct outreach and creative stewardship. Manage annual appeals focused on targeting new and stewarding existing individual donors, including end of year fundraising. Together with board and volunteer support, manage the annual Fund-a-Thon, including event support and recruiting peer-to-peer fundraisers. Grant Writing and Reporting (10%) Research and qualify grant opportunities. Conduct administrative tasks related to grant applications and reports, including tracking deliverable due dates and organizing materials. Lead in creation, review, and editing of grant applications, with board input. Coalition Building (10%) Manage relationships with clinics and providers and be the point person for clinic communications. Build and maintain relationships with community partners to advance REACH's intersectional reproductive justice mission and increase visibility. Cultivate relationships and coordinate with the National Network of Abortion Funds and other abortion funds. Manage community event and tabling strategy and calendar. Marketing (10%) In partnership with the board, create and execute a marketing strategy to attract new and maintain existing donors as well as promote REACH's funding programs. This includes updates to the website and social media. Write and send quarterly newsletters. Create the annual impact report.
