About the Neighbors Fund For 90 years, the Neighbors Fund (formerly the Needy Fund) has helped year-round residents of Cape Cod and the Islands facing financial hardship meet essential needs and regain stability. We are a stable, well-funded nonprofit with a small, dedicated team and a deep commitment to our community. Position Overview The Neighbors Fund is seeking an engaging, relationship-driven Director of Development to lead our fundraising program and community storytelling. An ideal candidate is a people-person and an ideas person who can both strategize and follow through. Working closely with the Executive Director and Board, this is a hands-on role focused on individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and appeals.
