Overview Growing faith-based youth organization seeking a motivated, outgoing individual for a highly flexible, part-time position, approximately 8-14 hours per month, perfect for someone looking for a meaningful side job. Performance-based bonuses may be available but are not guaranteed. Responsibilities will include helping with fundraising efforts, community outreach, donor communications, and social media/marketing. Set your own hours and work primarily home with participation in occasional events and meetings. We're looking for someone who: Has excellent in-person and written communication skills Is comfortable reaching out to businesses and community partners Has a good working knowledge of social media Is organized, dependable, and able to work independently Enjoys connecting with people and supporting a mission that benefits children and families Is able to work closely with management to develop and achieve goals Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and/or fundraising is a plus, but not required.
