The Role As a National Traveler - Field Fundraising Lead , you'll start in one of our open home markets (Manhattan, DC, Philly, or ATL), mastering our systems, culture, and standards. After a successful 90‑day review, you'll begin traveling to support other markets — coaching teams, elevating performance, and modeling the standard.
This is a hybrid role:
leadership + direct fieldwork . You'll be expected to perform at a high level personally while helping others do the same. What You'll Do Lead by
Example:
Hold a personal quota of 10 recurring donors per week in your home market, demonstrating consistency, resilience, and mastery of the craft.
Coach & Develop:
Once approved for travel, support markets across the country by training fundraisers, reinforcing standards, and helping teams hit goals.
Strengthen Culture:
Model professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the Share Fundraising ethos — high standards, zero ego, and long-term commitment.
Drive Performance:
Track KPIs, identify patterns, and help teams troubleshoot barriers in real time. Represent the
Brand:
Engage the public with confidence, clarity, and mission-driven communication.
Adapt & Execute:
Travel to new cities, integrate quickly, and elevate teams without disrupting local culture or operations.

Starting at $66,560+ , depending on experience.
