Job Overview House of Hope of NC has been serving individuals and families in our community for over 28 years with a passion for Christ-centered, clinically-excellent counseling, whether that is through our residential program for teenage girls or our Journey to Hope Outpatient Counseling for children, teens and adults. We are honored to be a part of each families journey towards hope, healing, and restoration. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-time Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining individual donors, as well as church and business partnerships. The ideal candidate is seasoned, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving the Lord as well as our families and community at large. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive development strategy campaign working closely with our social media department. Coordinate and partner with our church donors, local physician offices and mental health agencies and other regional businesses who are potential partners. Assist as needed with Annual Gala and other fundraising events throughout the year. Skills Proven experience in donor development. A strong passion for our residential program and community mental health. Must be a good listener and be able to gently encourage giving and partnering with House of Hope of NC. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences. Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. Ability to collaborate with local non-profits in a positive and professional manner. Ability to speak in public settings to small and large groups.
