As we continue growing our impact across Maryland, we're seeking a locally based fundraising leader to help build sustainable funding that increases access to fitness opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This role will focus on securing grants, corporate sponsorships, donor support, and community partnerships that help fund scholarships, inclusive programming, community events, and wellness initiatives throughout Montgomery County, Howard County, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities Research and apply for local and regional grant opportunities Maintain existing grant relationships, donor partnerships, and fundraising resources to ensure strong stewardship and renewal opportunities Build relationships with foundations, donors, and corporate sponsors Plan local fundraising events and community campaigns Launch grassroots and digital fundraising initiatives Build partnerships with disability organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and community leaders Help increase awareness and philanthropic support for inclusive wellness initiatives Ideal Candidate Experience in fundraising, grants, partnerships, sales, or community outreach Strong relationship-building skills Familiarity with Montgomery County, Howard County, and surrounding communities preferred Entrepreneurial and self-motivated Passion for disability inclusion, health, and community impact Success in This Role More people with disabilities gaining access to fitness and wellness opportunities across Maryland.
