What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional who is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences for donors, volunteers, and community supporters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through. Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations Value Creation You will provide the organization, coordination, and donor-centered support that enables New Pathways for Youth to deepen relationships with supporters, execute fundraising initiatives successfully, and create greater impact for youth. Through accurate data management, exceptional stewardship, analytical reporting, and proactive coordination, you will help the philanthropy team identify opportunities, strengthen donor engagement, and achieve fundraising goals that advance our mission.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Donor Database & Analytics Administrator Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of donor records and fundraising data. Ensure timely gift entry, acknowledgment tracking, reporting, and database maintenance. Monitor fundraising performance metrics and generate reports that support strategic decision-making. Conduct data audits and quality control reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prepare dashboards and reports that communicate fundraising progress, trends, and opportunities. Support revenue forecasting, donor segmentation, and fundraising analysis efforts. Annual Giving Campaign Coordinator Coordinate timelines, communications, materials, and administrative activities related to annual fundraising campaigns. Support implementation of annual giving strategies including appeals, campaigns, donor drives, and stewardship initiatives. Communicate fundraising calendars, deadlines, and campaign priorities to team members and stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of fundraising activities. Track campaign performance and provide administrative support to maximize fundraising effectiveness. Donor & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for donors, volunteers, board members, and community supporters. Coordinate volunteer opportunities and support in-kind donation efforts. Respond to donor inquiries and assist supporters in navigating engagement opportunities. Prepare donor materials, stewardship resources, and relationship management tools for fundraising staff and board members. Support fundraising events through attendee tracking, registration management, and donor communications. Maintain donor files and renewal processes to ensure organization and compliance. Stewardship & Donor Experience Partner Coordinate donor acknowledgment and receipting processes to ensure timely and meaningful appreciation. Administer donor stewardship programs, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives. Monitor stewardship workflows and support team accountability in donor follow-up activities. Conduct donor thank-you calls and communicate the impact of philanthropic investments. Research donor stewardship best practices and provide recommendations to enhance donor retention and engagement. Coordinate donor recognition items and appreciation experiences. Board & Fundraising Support Partner Assist with fundraising-related board and committee activities. Prepare donor research, portfolio updates, reports, and meeting materials. Support relationship management efforts by organizing donor information and fundraising resources. Create materials and administrative tools that help board members and staff engage effectively with donors and prospects. Organizational Contributor Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, belonging, and continuous improvement. Support department projects, process improvements, and documentation efforts. Promote compliance, stewardship, accountability, and responsible resource utilization. Participate in professional development activities and organizational initiatives. Employee Qualities / Traits Position Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising support, donor relations, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working with donor databases, CRM systems, or other data management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and database reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends in support of donor or fundraising events.
