Work closely with executive leadership, board members, and community partners to identify, cultivate, and secure new funding opportunities. Develop and execute annual fundraising campaigns while overseeing donor stewardship, prospect management, and revenue tracking efforts. Secure support through corporate partnerships, grant funding, major gifts, and other philanthropic initiatives that align with organizational goals. Manage special initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and communication efforts that support revenue generation objectives. Provide leadership to development staff, contractors, volunteers, and fundraising programs while maintaining reporting, planning, and operational accountability.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 3 years of fundraising, development, advancement, or related nonprofit leadership experience. Demonstrated success securing major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and annual fundraising revenue goals. Strong experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies, donor cultivation efforts, and revenue growth initiatives.
