That's the mission, how will you drive it? The Donor Relationship Manager's primary focus is to develop and maintain relationships with mid-level individual donors to secure charitable gifts. Responsibilities Build and maintain a portfolio of 200 mid-level donors and prospects, emphasizing retention and stewardship. Manage event logistics for major fundraising events as well as cultivation events. Develop and grow the organization's monthly sustainer program. Coordinate virtual fundraisers, including North Texas Giving Day and TAFB's holiday catalog. Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities. Maintain inventory of event materials, marketing products and promotional items. Ensure that orders are made in a timely manner. Assist Development Specialist during peak donation periods. Job Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with one to two years of development experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical Proficiencies Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and fundraising software. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, preferred. Communication Skills Influential and effective in speaking, writing, and presenting information; ability to deliver professional presentations. Other Competencies Ability to work effectively with volunteer boards, committees, community groups and organizations; strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing fundraising activities; knowledge of philanthropic community; compassion for our mission.
