Infant Development Specialist Modesto, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $30 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Qualifications Competitive analysis Play therapy Business development Bachelor's degree Early intervention Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary As an Infant Developmental Specialist (IDS), you will provide in-home and/or community-based developmental services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will partner with families to create individualized strategies that support the child's growth across cognitive, social-emotional, motor, and language domains. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the early childhood education market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, daycare centers, and families. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients. Participate in networking events and community outreach programs to promote our services. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery. Assist in developing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Experience The ideal candidate will have: Provide 1:1 developmental therapy using evidence-based and play-based strategies Conduct developmental screenings and assessments (e.g., DAYC-2) Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals Support families with strategies they can use during daily routines Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner Communicate and collaborate with Service Coordinators and multidisciplinary team members Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
