COMMUNITY REINTEGRATION SPECIALIST
JusticeWorks YouthCare Schedule:
Full-Time (Evenings & weekends may be required)

Position Summary In this role you will support youth and families through the reentry process using a strengths-based approach. You will build trusting relationships with youth and their families, and develop individualized reintegration plans based on each youth's strengths and goals.
