Gulf Central Early Steps is looking for a dedicated Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) to join our team in Sebring! Paid Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field At least 1 year of experience working in Early Intervention or with children with disabilities Strong understanding of infant and toddler development Ability to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to providing family-centered services in children's natural environments Bilingual What You'll Do Provide developmental services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) enrolled in Florida Early Steps Coach and support families and caregivers in promoting their child's development Develop individualized strategies based on each child and family's needs Collaborate with Service Coordinators and other Early Steps providers Provide services in the child's natural environment, including homes and community settings Maintain timely and accurate documentation Why Join Us? $50-$69 per session Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling On-going professional development using the statewide Florida Embedded Practices and interventions with caregivers (FL-EPIC) professional development program Meaningful work supporting children and families Collaborative Early Steps team environment Please note: This is a contract position and does not include employee benefits.
