As a WF Development Specialist, you will be part of the Fab 4 Workforce Development team supporting training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? Support training and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests to maintain system integrity Edit and proofread technical documentation for clarity and consistency Work collaboratively with content experts to verify document accuracy Manage training records and create on-the-job training certifications for controlled documents What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in the semiconductor domain Experience administering a learning management system is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with SharePoint and working in manufacturing or production environments What's in it for me?
