Serves a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities requiring DT placement. Takes responsibility for attending their ISP staffing's and serves on the program team. Is responsible for developing structured program ideas. Implements training in the areas of pre-vocational training, motor skills development, social skills development, personal care, community integration, and life enhancement skills. Implements behavior management programs. Documents progress. Responsible for reviewing data, administrative responsibilities, problem solving and direction of staff as assigned by the Adult Day Program Administrator. Provides direction to the DT program in the absence of the Adult Day Program Administrator. High school diploma or equivalent required plus one year of experience with people with disabilities.
