Responsibilities include conducting assessments, engaging families and support networks, and developing treatment plans based on MST principles. The role involves traveling to families' homes (averaging three visits per week, with mileage reimbursement), with a caseload of 5-6 families, and participating in regular training and supervision. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
