Job Description

Job Summary Option to Success Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate Community Support Associates (CSA) to support youth and young adults in our Residential and Outpatient programs . This role provides direct support, structure, and skill-building to clients while reinforcing treatment goals in a trauma-informed, team-based environment. We are currently hiring for the following opportunities: PRN Community Support Associate (minimum of 24 hours per month with open availability) Part-Time 2nd Shift Community Support Associate (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) The CSA works closely with clinical staff, case managers, and program leadership to ensure consistency, safety, and engagement across services.
