Brine Group is seeking a Part-Time Client Development Specialist to help generate new business opportunities from our existing database, professional network, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts. What You'll Do Research and identify prospective client companies. Identify key decision-makers and hiring leaders. Conduct outbound calls, emails, outreach, and networking activities. Qualify potential opportunities and generate interest in Brine Group's services. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of future business opportunities. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and contacts. What We're Looking For Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and building new relationships. Professional, confident, and persistent. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Prior experience in business development, sales, customer service, recruiting, lead generation, or a similar relationship-focused role is required.
