We're seeking a motivated professional to build relationships with employers, develop job opportunities, and connect qualified candidates with local businesses throughout Southern New Hampshire. This is a business development and employer relations position—not a counseling, case management, or direct support role. If you enjoy building business relationships, opening doors with employers, and making a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop relationships with employers through networking, cold calling, community outreach, and in-person visits. Identify job opportunities and match qualified candidates to employer needs. Build long-term partnerships with businesses in the Manchester, Concord, and Nashua areas. Coach job seekers on career paths, resumes, interviewing, and workplace success Collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation counselors and employers. Maintain accurate documentation and achieve placement goals. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred. Experience in business development, employer relations, recruiting, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, sales, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, networking, organization, and Microsoft 365 skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
