Job Description
The Regenerative Therapy Specialist works closely with wound care hospitals and clinics, captures new accounts while nurturing existing business within in a specifically designated territory, and identifies the individual needs of clients and patients in order to deliver a successful experience. This role also forges relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, supports and develops market strategy, and prepares quotes, proposals, and contracts. The Regenerative Therapy Specialist is a part of the Kerecis direct sales team in assigned the territory's region. This full-time role works from a home office with daily visits to customers and reports directly to that territory's Regional Business Director.
Major Areas of Accountability Closely work and partner with wound care hospitals and clinics to sell Kerecis MariGen and Shield
Sell and manage revenues consistent with Kerecis targets
Work with clients and patients as well as perform in service events and follow up appropriately
Report sales and forecasts
Maintain all information in Kerecis' CRM system
Support and help refine/develop Kerecis' go to market strategy
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential candidates for future positions in Kerecis
Advise Kerecis regarding reimbursement issues
Provide product design input
Follow market developments
Advise the company on overall U.S. strategy
Recommend new corporate processes where needed
Kerecis employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
Other job duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field
5+ years in medical sales, preferably in wound care
Experience in Tissue or Skin Substitute
Experience with reimbursement
Proven experience and high achievement in sales
Evidence of successfully developing and closing large scale contracts with hospitals and clinics, specifically for wound care
A high-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individual
Can work in an intense, fast paced, multinational work environment
Self-motivated and can work on own initiative with limited supervision
A strong strategic and analytical approach and thorough understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales execution
Knowledge of sales and building new relationships
Understanding of trends in the biotechnology and bio-manufacturing market
Ability to travel frequently
A highly communicative team player with leadership skills
A knack for problem-solving
Excellent organizational skills
