Are you an experienced estimator, project developer, or seasoned builder looking for a stable, growth-oriented role with less uncertainty and more collaboration? At Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, we're searching for an Estimator / Project Development Specialist to bridge the gap between design and construction for our high-end residential remodeling projects — turning initial client concepts into accurate, buildable, and well-priced project plans.

What You'll Do:

Prepare initial estimates based on designer photos, drawings and assessment forms. Conduct site inspections to determine constructability of the design and identify potential challenges or code enforcement issues. Review architectural and design drawings and issue trade partner bid requests. Review bid and quote details submitted by trade partners for accuracy and completeness. Complete final estimates incorporating trade partner bid pricing, quotes, and estimated labor and materials. Complete initial contract review to ensure accuracy of scope, pricing, and terms. Collaborate with designers to ensure scope, design, and cost alignment throughout pre-construction. Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, trade partners, and designers, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Track project costs and maintain organized documentation in Buildertrend.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Strong background in residential remodeling and construction — estimating, carpentry, or project management experience preferred.

Construction knowledge:

Solid understanding of residential construction methods, materials, trade sequencing, and applicable building codes.

Interpersonal skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication (IPC) skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, trade partners, and designers.

Professional demeanor:

Personable, friendly, and professional in every client and partner interaction.

Technical skills:

Experience with estimating software, Buildertrend (or similar), and Excel.

Detail-oriented:

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thorough when reviewing drawings, bids, and contracts.

Adaptable:

Able to adjust to evolving project requirements while staying solutions-focused.
