Partner with families, education management, health, mental health, and disabilities services staff. What You BringEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Three years of preschool teaching experience (adult mentoring or coaching background preferred).Core Skills:
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a passion for continuous learning.Community Connection:
Ability to build strong bonds with diverse families while respecting professional boundaries.Requirements:
