Location:
Women's Center Forest Park 1230 West Kemper Road, Cincinnati 45240 35-40 hours/week M-F (some weekends required due to Sunday Church service speaking engagements) . Hybrid position. Work in the office Monday-Thursday 10-5 pm, Friday 10-4 Remaining hours can be "work from home". Position Overview Elizabeth's New Life Center is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Development Officer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is vital in advancing our mission by cultivating relationships, securing funding, and supporting the growth of our programs. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a servant's heart who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar focus. 1-3 years of fund development or sales experience Well established in local community relations Existing knowledge of fund development practices Excellent Google Suite products Driving to and from various locations is required. Must have a valid driver's license and private automobile insurance and be insurable under ENLC policy Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders. Implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. Implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. Coordinate and participate in fundraising events and campaigns. Collaborate with team members to support organizational initiatives and outreach efforts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize fundraising efforts. Qualifications & Skills Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Persuasive and creative approach to fundraising and donor engagement. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Mission-driven with a genuine servant's heart and commitment to the cause. Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability.
