Duties Develop persuasive grant proposals tailored to various funders, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors. Conduct thorough research to identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Manage and maintain databases of grants, funding deadlines, and application statuses. Cultivate strong relationships with funders by providing timely updates, reports, and stewardship communications. Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and ensure proposals accurately reflect organizational needs and outcomes. Monitor grant compliance requirements and prepare detailed reports to demonstrate program impact and financial accountability. Support fundraising efforts through strategic planning initiatives and marketing activities that highlight organizational strengths. Requirements Proven experience in grant proposal writing with a track record of successful submissions. Familiarity with databases and CRM software. Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources and stay current on grant opportunities. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences. Knowledge of fundraising strategies, public relations, and relationship management best practices. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple deadlines efficiently.
