2 days in office 3 days remote 5% profit sharing bonus location: KANSAS CITY, Missouri job type: Permanent salary: $68,000 - 70,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Build and develop pre-construction CAD drawings, such as Permit and Anchor Bolt sets, while ensuring precise alignment with customer requirements.

Triage and process critical order entries, contracts, and payments to clear operational backlogs and efficiently convert placeholders.

Utilize engineering systems and ERP software (such as Compass) to perform structural design coordination and provide upfront technical information.

Collaborate closely with production teams, builders, architects, and engineers through value engineering, constructability reviews, and pre-coordination meetings.
