In cooperation with the Vice President of Research & Administrative Services, this individual will provide Wistar faculty and scientific staff with non-financial pre- and post-award grants administration support. Responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring pre- and post-award deliverable pipelines for a select group of Principal Investigator (PI) portfolios. In cooperation with the PIs, the successful candidate will compile and submit grant proposals and post-award reports. They will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of federal grant deadlines, requirements and regulations. This position will include coordinating with various administrative offices on grant related matters inclusive of finance, legal, development, science administration, HR, IT and operations. This individual will also serve as a back up Signing Official when needed.
