Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Agency Development Manager to lead the growth and development of our agency partnerships. This role is vital in expanding our network, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in contract management, research, proposal writing, and strategic planning, with a passion for driving organizational success through innovative agency collaborations. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners aligned with organizational goals. Manage all aspects of contract negotiations, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual benefit for all parties involved. Maintain detailed records within databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems to track partnership progress and engagement metrics. Lead proposal writing efforts for grants and funding opportunities, including technical writing, editing, and proofreading to produce compelling submissions. Conduct research on potential partners, industry trends, and funding landscapes to inform strategic planning and program development. Oversee program development initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and grant proposals that support agency collaborations and organizational growth strategies. Experience Proven experience in contract management, proposal writing, and grant proposal development within a nonprofit or similar environment. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data from databases like Raiser's Edge or comparable systems. Excellent writing skills with a focus on technical writing, editing, proofreading, and financial report writing. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and oversee program development initiatives effectively. Familiarity with fundraising strategies, including grant applications and donor engagement practices. Prior experience working with databases for tracking partnerships or fundraising activities is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
