Your work helps create a strong foundation for children's development and family success. What You'll Do Build relationships with families and provide individualized education and support. Conduct regular home visits using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum. Help families set goals and connect with community resources. Recruit eligible families and participate in community events. Maintain accurate program records and complete required screenings. Facilitate family group connections and support activities. Participate in required training and professional development. What You Bring Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Home Based Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood, Parent Education, a closely related field, or equivalent. Three years of child care experience. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Knowledge of social service resources throughout North Texas.
