Role Description The Intake and Client Development Specialist - Family Law is an on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for managing new client inquiries, conducting initial intake interviews, and gathering essential information related to family law matters. The specialist will explain firm processes, schedule consultations, and ensure accurate documentation in the firm's systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone calls and emails, providing courteous and professional customer service, coordinating with attorneys and staff, and following up with prospective clients to support client development efforts. The role also involves verifying insurance or financial information when relevant, maintaining confidentiality, and helping build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral sources. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with potential clients, attorneys, and staff.
