Product Development Specialist Do You Enjoy Building, Improving, and Creating? A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Product Development Specialist to help develop new products and improve existing ones. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and turning concepts into finished products. You'll work directly with our Lead Designer to research materials, develop prototypes, and help bring innovative products to market. What You'll Do Research and evaluate new materials and components. Build and refine product prototypes. Test products and recommend improvements. Work closely with the Lead Designer from concept through production. Document product specifications and manufacturing procedures. Help identify practical solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and performance. What We're Looking For A hands-on problem solver who enjoys creating products. Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
