Consultants deliver comprehensive employment training, job placement and follow along services to job seekers and employers, according to requirements of the funding contracts Self-Starter- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to work with broad range of individuals and personalities This position requires exceptional communication skills that facilitate relationship building with prospective employers to create employer-employee matches; with clients, to understand their needs and make an appropriate job fit; with fund sources to build reputation and a referral pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS AND EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE A
Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Workforce Development. Appropriate work experience may be substituted for the education requirement. Prefer one year of experience working with employers, job placement, job development, sales, workforce development, job coaching, employment and training. Experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds, which may include disabilities, criminal history, homeless, etc. Business Development, and Account management a plus.Transportation Requirements:
Must have reliable, personal vehicle. Valid drivers license and organizational insurance requirements.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 pounds, sitting for extended periods of time, ability to be mobile around office and community.- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
