Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner General Manager (GM) to lead our dry cleaning facility with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier cleaning and sanitation standards, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all staff members, including cleaners, technicians, and support personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Oversee daily cleaning operations, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to protect staff, customers, and the environment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance and procurement as needed. Implement training programs on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Monitor quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Foster a team-oriented culture through effective communication, leadership development, and recognition of staff achievements. Requirements Proven experience in supervising cleaning operations such as custodial work, industrial or commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team supervision and management capabilities. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate staff effectively and resolve issues promptly. Hands-on experience with sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management systems. Background in laundry services or hotel/hospitality industry is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
