University of Central Arkansas Vice President for Institutional Advancement BryantGroup is proud to partner with University of Central Arkansas in the search for an innovative and mission-driven Vice President forInstitutional Advancement. The Vice President for Institutional Advancement serves as a member of the President's cabinet andprovides strategic leadership for all aspects of UCA's philanthropic and advancement enterprise. Reporting directly to the President, thisrole leads development, major gifts, alumni relations, constituent engagement, advancement operations, university marketing andcommunications and fundraising strategy, while working closely with internal and external partners to advance the University's strategicpriorities and strengthen its long-term philanthropic capacity. A central focus of the role is building philanthropic support for UCA'smargin of excellence, the initiatives that create opportunity, enhance the student experience, strengthen programs and provide distinctionbeyond day-to-day operations. The Vice President also serves as President of UCA Foundation, Inc., providing leadership for theFoundation and ensuring sound governance, fiduciary responsibility and compliance, and partners closely with UCA Alumni Association and itsBoard of Directors. This leader will carry an active portfolio of principal-level relationships, lead major fundraising campaigns andinitiatives and provide leadership to an experienced, high-performing advancement team, building on the strong culture and results alreadyestablished. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial advancement leader with a proven record of major gift success. They understandthat effective advancement is built on institutional excellence, strong relationships and hard work, and they bring the same discipline toFoundation governance that they bring to closing a gift. Experience as an Associate Vice President, Executive Director or othersenior advancement leader ready for broader institutional leadership is preferred, along with experience developing and executing a majorfundraising campaign and a demonstrated commitment to serving first-generation, rural and Pell-eligible students.
