Our well established and growing local service company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Fayetteville team. This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of business or people management experience who knows how to lead a team, stay organized, communicate well, and get things done. What You'll Do Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help keep the operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Managing, coaching, and developing employees Helping with hiring, training, and performance management Scheduling employees and coordinating daily jobs Answering incoming customer calls and helping turn inquiries into sales Working with customers and resolving issues Solving problems and making decisions when things don't go as planned Helping improve operations and customer service Working with the General Manager on business goals and growth You'll also complete hands-on field training to learn the work your team performs. This is a management position, not a field position, but understanding the operation firsthand is an important part of the job. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of business and/or people management experience Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to coach employees, hold them accountable, and help them improve Good judgment and ability to make decisions independently Strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump in when needed Customer-first attitude Sales or high-volume phone experience is a plus, but not required If you have management experience and the right attitude, we can teach you our business.
