The Role:

As the Division Vice President, you will report to the SVP and operate as the head of our Northwest Phoenix location. We need a leader with serious operational and financial acumen who can set the tone for the entire building, mentor local management, and scale our Residential New Construction pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Drive profitability and operational efficiency across the entire division. Provide senior management with regular performance updates and actionable recommendations. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to achieve net promoter score targets. Engage with front line associates and management to build a cohesive, one-team culture.

Requirements:

10 plus years of prior experience acting as an operations manager, VP, or GM. Mandatory background in Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC operations. Explicit prior P&L ownership responsibility. Mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to drive continuous improvement.
