On-site Pay:
$65,000•75,000/year base, DOE, plus performance bonuses (total comp $75,000•110,000+) About Us Guardian Landscape is a Prescott-based landscape maintenance and construction company. We're scaling from a founder-led business toward $2M+ in revenue, and we need a General Manager to run day-to-day operations so ownership can focus on growth. This is a real leadership role — full P&L ownership, hiring/firing authority, and a pay plan tied directly to company profit. What You'll Do Run daily operations: crew scheduling, job site visits, and customer issues Own the numbers: monthly P&L, job costing, budgeting, collections Manage both divisions: recurring maintenance and installation projects Hire, train, and hold your team accountable Handle vendors, equipment, and safety Report results to ownership weekly and monthly Compensation Base salary starts at $65,000, rising to $75,000 over your first year as you hit milestones Plus incentives tied to installation profit, maintenance growth, and overall company profit Clear path to grow further as the company scales What We're Looking For 5+ years leading a team in landscaping, home services, or construction Real experience owning a budget or P&L, not just managing tasks Comfortable with numbers — can read a P&L and job-cost report A track record of holding people accountable
