Responsibilities Assist in managing park operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Collaborate with Shift Leads to supervise staff, coordinate shift schedules, and promote a safe working environment. Drive sales improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity Monitor inventory planning and customer feedback Support continuous improvement efforts and process management practices. Skills Proven experience in supervision, and planning. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with supervisory experience in logistics or busy environments.
