Job Summary
Navier is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and senior leadership and help run the company day-to-day. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of one of the most interesting growth stories in mobility, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
This person will help drive execution across the business, own key internal initiatives, prepare executive-level materials, solve problems in real time, and step into critical projects wherever needed. One hour may involve strategic discussions with investors, partners, or government stakeholders; the next may require diving into operations, staffing, logistics, or cross-functional execution.
We are looking for someone who combines operational toughness, business sharpness, and relentless follow-through. Someone who gets things done.
This role is in-person in Alameda, CA. Travel of up to 40% is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day execution across key company priorities and cross-functional initiatives
Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through
Build executive-level presentations, board materials, investor decks, and strategic briefs
Develop financial, operational, and scenario models to support decision-making
Step into urgent or high-priority projects across operations, finance, hiring, partnerships, product launches and more Improve internal processes, operating cadence, and organizational efficiency
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep momentum high
Support travel, customer engagements, major events, and strategic meetings when needed
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
3-8+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as military, consulting, investment banking, private equity, operations, high-growth startups, or combination of the above. Strong operational leadership background preferred
Military background preferred; naval background especially valued (active security clearance is a plus)
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
Strong Excel / modeling skills and ability to structure complex problems clearly
Exceptional communication skills and ability to create high-quality decks and written materials
Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
