This is a division-building leadership position—not simply a crew supervisor role. The right candidate must understand the complete pack-out process, have solid sales experience, and know how to confidently sell both restoration and pack-out services. You will develop crews, improve operations, drive sales, and ensure completed work is thoroughly documented and properly billed In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire packout division, driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performance team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be instrumental in streamlining processes, managing financial performance, and cultivating business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven decision making. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment dedicated to restoring and protecting client assets. Responsibilities Lead, train and manage all aspects of the packout and restoration operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met consistently. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities, improve operational workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and financial management to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards Inspect potential projects and sell restoration and pack-out services. Oversee pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs. Build relationships with homeowners, plumbers, contractors, adjusters, and referral partners. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and process improvements to ensure timely completion of restoration projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean management principles, process optimization, and team development initiatives Collaborate with executive-level teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives and growth strategies. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client concerns promptly and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, building relationships with clients, and expanding service offerings. Requirements Proven management experience within restoration services or related industries with supervisory responsibilities. Ability to inspect projects, present services, overcome objections, and close jobs. Proven experience managing crews and multiple active projects. Strong working knowledge of insurance billing. Confident communication with homeowners and insurance professionals. Organized, accountable, hands-on, and capable of building a growing division. Understanding of job costing, margins, documentation, and production efficiency. Confident communication with homeowners and insurance professionals.
