Job Description
- Define and execute global supply chain strategy — planning, sourcing (non-manufacturing), logistics, distribution, and fulfillment — with a clear bias toward execution, speed-to-market, inventory productivity, and customer service.
- Lead an immediate supply chain execution turnaround, establishing a high-frequency operating cadence, clear owners, exception-based management, and measurable 90/180-day improvement targets for service, inventory, lead time, and vendor performance.
- Serve as a strategic and operating partner to the CEO and executive team, translating business strategy into fast, measurable operational actions and scalable, cost-effective plans.
- Represent supply chain and operations in the company's executive leadership team and board-level reporting as needed.
