The Business Management Trainee role combines customer interaction with hands-on business experience. You'll learn our products and processes, communicate with customers, support daily team activities, and work closely with leadership to understand what it takes to keep operations organized and customer-focused. What You'll Do as a Business Management Trainee Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive experience during every interaction. Learn TruConnect products, services, and available options so you can confidently communicate information to customers. Ask questions, listen carefully, and identify customer needs to provide relevant service recommendations. Explain products and service options clearly while answering customer questions and addressing concerns. Support customers through enrollment and other steps while ensuring information is communicated accurately. Assist with daily team activities, customer follow-ups, and organizational priorities to help keep operations running smoothly. Work alongside teammates and leadership to develop business, communication, customer service, and leadership skills. What You Need to Bring to be our Business Management Trainee Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, approachable attitude when working with customers and teammates. Ability to listen actively and communicate information clearly. Motivation to learn new products, processes, and business practices. Dependable work ethic with strong organization and follow-through.
