Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Lompoc, California location and help drive continued growth throughout California's Central Coast. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and performance while maintaining Kaizen's commitment to safe, high-quality repairs. The General Manager works closely with estimators, technicians, customer service representatives, parts personnel, insurance partners, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure the shop operates at a high level every day. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily collision center operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Manage production flow and repair cycle times Drive customer satisfaction and retention Monitor repair quality and adherence to OEM procedures Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors Review financial performance and identify growth opportunities Manage staffing levels and workforce planning Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Foster a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications 2+ years of collision repair management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Understanding of collision repair operations and workflow management Experience working with insurance companies and DRP relationships Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results Customer-focused mindset Valid driver's license About Kaizen Collision Center Kaizen Collision Center is one of the fastest-growing collision repair organizations in the United States, with locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, and Nevada.
