The Staffing Consultant is a management trainee position; they function in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Hybrid Schedule:
Full-time salaried role with core hours Mon-Fri, 4:00 AM-1:00 PM PST.
Commitment :
Due to the dynamic nature of healthcare staffing, additional hours beyond 1:00 PM PST are often required to meet operational and administrative needs. Strong applicants possess high ownership and prioritize successful business outcomes over adherence to a fixed schedule.
Compensation Pay:
Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee) Quarterly Bonuses!
