We are currently recruiting experienced candidates to our team. Work is performed in a normal warehouse environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office/warehouse setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to speak and hear; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Responsibilities:
Employee hiring, training and scheduling Follow and enforce company policies and recommend adjustments when needed. Ability to work closely with the business owner to complete given tasks, increase performance and efficiency of business, upkeep a positive work environment Lead and manage employees in the daily planning and execution of daily operations Forecast quantity per SKU/factory by analyzing historical data and current trend and work with each factory to plan for production capacity of future seasons Oversee the order fulfillment processes for both the wholesale and retail and measures that the company's delivery standards and practices are maintained Work with warehouse associates to ensure on-time dispatch of wholesale orders Allocate stock according to wholesale priorities Handle project management tasks during peak workload periods or in the absence of assigned staff Schedule and coordinate all incoming and outgoing orders with limited mistakes and problem solving Assist in development of marketing activities that will promote customer satisfaction and achieve company performance objectives Monitor/communicate inventory levels to help production staff anticipate needs. Oversee and direct inventory management and distribution procedures.
