Your new company: Our client is a well-established retail real estate firm with a strong portfolio of successful shopping destinations across the U.S. One of their assets in San Diego County is now seeking an exceptional leader to take full operational ownership of the destination.

Your new role:

As General Manager , you will have full P&L responsibility and be accountable for the overall performance of a retail shopping destination. Acting as the on-site owner's representative, you will lead operations, leasing strategy execution, marketing, tenant relations, and capital project oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving NOI growth, operational efficiency, and tenant success Leading, mentoring, and developing the on-site management, marketing, and operations teams Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Managing third-party vendors and service providers Partnering with leasing teams to support tenant mix and leasing performance Executing marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance footfall and brand presence Ensuring the asset is maintained to best-in-class standards What's in it for you: Opportunity to join a local leading real estate firm.
