The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive location Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and accountability Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high standard of service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (management or leadership role preferred) Proven experience managing teams and operations Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements Excellent communication and leadership abilities Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Automotive retail, service center, or parts management experience Experience with P&L responsibility Knowledge of inventory management systems and automotive software What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Benefits package
