Job Description

Position Title:
Collision Center Manager Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collision Center Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our collision repair facility. This position is responsible for leading the team, maintaining efficient production, achieving financial and operational goals, and ensuring a high standard of quality and customer service. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for the overall performance of the shop. The ideal candidate understands collision repair operations, knows how to lead and develop a team, and can identify problems and take action to keep the shop moving efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily collision center operations Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Manage production flow, scheduling, WIP, and vehicle delivery Monitor sales, gross profit, cycle time, touch time, capture rate, CSI, and other key performance indicators Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions Maintain quality standards and ensure proper repair procedures are followed Work closely with estimators, technicians, painters, CSRs, and other team members Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, vendors, and dealership partners Ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed Assist with staffing, training, and employee development Manage expenses and help maintain shop profitability Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, production, and overall shop performance Additional responsibilites as assgined. Qualifications Previous collision repair industry experience required Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of collision repair production and estimating Experience with CCC ONE preferred Familiarity with insurance repair processes Understanding of collision center financials and KPI goals Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable holding employees accountable and addressing performance issues Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Organized, dependable, and results-oriented Compensation Competitive base salary with additional performance-based compensation tied to shop results. The posted compensation range reflects expected earnings at established performance levels. Total earning potential may exceed the posted range when the shop exceeds its sales and performance goals. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
