Experience Proven management experience within an automotive shop or similar service environment with a focus on operational leadership. Extensive financial management experience including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies. Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth through strategic initiatives. Strong team management skills with experience in supervising diverse teams and developing talent. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for operational insights and decision making. Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies such as lean management, and operational excellence practices. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
