We are seeking an execution-focused EA Business Program Manager to serve as the business operations partner to a senior Enterprise Agreement (EA) Program Owner. This individual will help scale a growing enterprise software business by coordinating priorities, driving cross-functional alignment, tracking execution, and ensuring accountability across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels at program execution, operational cadence management, stakeholder engagement, and business process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the EA Program Owner to coordinate strategic initiatives, track deliverables, drive stakeholder follow-through, and ensure successful program execution. Lead monthly operational cadences and sync meetings across six cross-functional subcommittees, including Enablement, Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), Channel, Finance, and Operations. Track action items, monitor progress, and enforce accountability across stakeholders. Analyze program health metrics and performance indicators to identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions. Maintain and publish executive-level dashboards highlighting program progress, risks, achievements, and key metrics. Project manage launches of new buying models, offers, and feature releases, ensuring readiness across all impacted teams. Plan, facilitate, and document cross-functional workshops and meetings focused on driving alignment and removing operational roadblocks. Manage and maintain sales enablement repositories, ensuring partner-facing and field-facing content remains current and relevant.
