Job Description

FIRC is seeking an experienced, community-minded Executive Director to lead one of Summit County's most trusted community resource organizations. Based in Breckenridge, this role provides strategic leadership for FIRC's mission, programs, operations, fundraising, finances, and 30-32 person team, while serving as the organization's primary ambassador and overseeing a $6-$7 million annual budget. The Executive Director will build strong partnerships across the community and advance FIRC's work in food equity, housing stability, healthcare navigation, parenting support, and other essential services, positioning the organization as a trusted convener in Summit County.
Compensation:
$160k - $185k/yr
